BAIT & SWITCH
JOHN PERSONALLY GAVE ME A QUOTE, PARTS & LABOR, $365.00. WHEN I RETURNED COUPLE DAYS LATER TO HAVE WORK DONE, JOHN TRIPLED THE REPAIR COST $900 PLUS DOLLARS. LEFT A MESSAGE FOR JOHN’’S FATHER (1/2) OWNER TO RETURN MY CALL AND NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN PHONE CALL. ALSO, PAID FOR DIAGNOSTICS (90.00) THAT WAS NOT DONE—NAPA USED THE “FREE” CODES PROVIDED TO ME BY AUTO PARTS STORE. AS IT TURNED OUT, THE “FREE” CODES WAS INCORRECT AND THIS WAS EVIDENCE NAPA DID NOT PERFORM THE LEGITIMATE DIAGNOSTICS, OTHERWISE, THEIR MACHINE WOULD HAVE PULLED/DISPLAYED THE REAL/ACTUAL PROBLEM CODES. 😩
