If you want something from these people, you have to paint a ***** picture or at least be able to describe in very high detail what you want. They know what they offer, so you'd think they be able to figure out what you need without depending on the customer to pretty much remind them what they get paid to do. It's as if their job is to simply ask you what type of service you need and that's it. I bet all you have to do to get hired here is to be able ask someone how may you help them, and then just stare at their face.
