Insulting
Ordered 2 chicken dishes, one was missing and there was a boiled rice and sweet n sour sauce that I hadn't ordered. Food that did arrive was cold. When I phoned the restaurant they said I could have the boiled rice free! My other dish was then delivered and to add insult to injury it was accompanied by yet another unwanted boiled rice... I was never going to enjoy this eating experience, but the 'chicken' was very poor quality and debatable if it had even been near a real chicken. Never again.
