Bad custome treatment
Very unscrupulous company to be sure. Not only was I left on hold and transferred from one rude representative to another, I was left with no resolution to my problem. You would think that the organisation would make every attempt to resolve consumer issues, but I found that this was not the case. In general, I felt I was treated as if I were a child and told to be seen and not heard. Very disappointing and unpleasant experience. Use this company at your own risk.
