Don't Use!

I find it difficult to believe that all online services are incompetent. After this experience, though, my beliefs are changing. I wanted to use an online service. I filled everything out and was emailed a date and time for the service to begin. Nothing happened. I emailed them to ask what happened, and was informed that the service’s item should be on my computer. Now, I know how to download something, but the item never came up for download. I called the service’s main office and told them that. They tried it again. And again. And refunded my money because I couldn’t get the item. Okay, now I’m a believer. Don’t use this service!
