Kind & freindly team member

I visited the cinema accompanied by my grandson today a kind & friendly team member served us with snacks she chatted to my grandson making him feel vey grown up & important as the chatted about films he had seen & what we were about to go & see today.. its nice for people to take a minute of interest it can have a great impact on a chid at the age of 7 thank you

Amazing Staff especially Amy P

I came to see wonder women and a third into the film I unfortunately felt extremely ill , apon leaving the movie Amy P couldn't have been more helpful not only getting my ticket refunded but also going the extra mile to ask if I need water ! Not many nice people left in the world but she is a star!!! Thank you Amy p

BAD

Customer service was poor and such a long wait nearly miss the film. Floors were filthy and sticky popcorn was tasteless all round a bad experience
