Utter rubbish and unethical..

Very time consuming to contact.Cancelled within my 14 day cooling off period,,Charged me £49.99,,,not within the spirit of good customer relations,,Glad to be free of them,,

Their customer service is a disgrace

If you don't like talking to people why would you go into customer service? I think that employers need to look more closely at the employees they hired to do with the customers. I have had very bad experiences with just about every employee that I have had to speak with this company. You really need to do something about this or you're going to lose more customers.
