I have purchased 3 different indicators for my pallet jack scale and all three of them did not work whatsoever. I even made them assure me it worked before sending me the trash. i have complained to the customer service and also the sales reps and to NO SURPRISE, I did NOT get a response from them. For my business i am constantly using scales and OPTIMA SCALES brand is by far the worst i have ever used and the service from their "support center" is absolutely rude and unprofessional. As someone who is highly experienced in these types of products I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT purchase anything from OPTIMA SCALES. YOU WILL be disappointed
