Arrogant behaviour and harass

I contacted this company to have some work done and take advantage of their “low-cost service.” After playing phone tag with the company for two days, I decided to go with another company. Even though I had chosen another company to do the job, they kept calling me day after day. I explained several times that I no longer needed their services. Eventually, I had to block the company's phone number due to their constant harassment
