Poor service received from PEP Store
I bought a cellphone from Pep Store and 7 days later the speaker stopped working and when I returned it 12 days later they told me that I have submit it and wait up to 4 weeks for it to be returned back and then be liable for the fees for them to fix my phone. I was so disappointed.
