What in the world is going on with this company and their service? They used to be so phenomenal, and I was proud to call myself a loyal customer. Now, we’re lucky if we get any kind of help from them at all. This should not be the way that any company wants to handle business. It’s rude and unprofessional. It makes people not want to be customers any more. I can’t believe how bad this company’s service has become.
