Just when you think they can't do worse, they manage to aggravate you even more.

I have been waiting for someone to reach out to me for a few days now. The only reason I even created an account is because I was forced to if I wanted to contact anyone. I am the only authorized person who has access to this account. I am positive I have entered all of the correct contact information and I feel like a schmuck at this point for giving any of my information in the first place. The fascinating thing about this whole ordeal is that you really had sent an email, but it was to an email account I had never registered with this company. After pulling teeth, the representative agreed to close the account but only if I would pay a membership fee at that time and update my card information. At this point, I am confident this was a scam so I told them I would do all my updating and payments online. I hung up then I signed back into my account, and this is where I saw that all my information was as I remembered and my email address that I had registered with this account is not the one your company sent the email to (although both are my email addresses). I know that I contacted the right company because the phone number is straight off of the website so at this point I am convinced this is some scam to dupe people out of money!
