Absolute Rip Off

I ordered a bouquet of pink Llillies & Roses for my daughter in London. The website said that she would also get a free box of chocolates with the flowers. The flowers sent were not Lilies or Roses. They were a mismatched assortment of left over flowers in an assortment of shapes and colours that did not go together. They looked as if they had been randomly picked from someones garden. They were not even fresh, according to my daughter. Also, NO chocolates were sent. I complained, but they REFUSED to do anything about it. AVOID Prestige flowers, they will just take your money under false pretenses!
