Refund - What refund
Stay away from Private Internet Access. I purchased their VPN service. After 1.5 hours of trying to activate it I emailing support service for help. I received no reply other than auto generated Ticket numbers. I requested a refund under that 7 day money back guarantee. Guess what no answer. Very poor service. Wouldn’t know about the product - can’t it started. I asked for a refund after 1.5 hours because their Private Internet Access VPN service wouldn’t install all I got was auto generated ticket numbers 355119, 355125, 355137, 358647, 355169, 356235 and there were many more, but no real reply and no refund. Private Internet Access’s 7 day money back guarantee is worth a bucket of goat *****

Not bad
First of all, i`ve experienced some troubles setting my vpn connection on ubuntu system. Tricky stuff but i was able to do it . My system is quite secure but internet is another breed, so i decided to protect it using this vpn. Second, the speed is not good. Sometimes i barely load my most visited sites
