Customer care is appalling
Writing bad reviews isn’t normally my cup of tea, but given my recent run in with this company, I had to speak my peace. First of all, their customer service representatives are rude and seem unconcerned about the well-being of the customer. Second, the service was at a snail’s pace and was unapologetic about it. Overall, they did a dreadful job and debited me double the price for a lousy job
