Shady Billing and lack of information
When I am paying for a service, I expect to be paying the price that I was originally quoted. When the trade was completed, I ended up paying additional costs that I was not told about when I originally made the appointment. Had I been given a contract or at least a pricing list, I would have been able to see what I would be paying for. The fact that I wasn't told about these additional charges until after the fact infuriates me. I live on a budget, therefore, I signed on with this specific company because their costs kept me within that budget. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that I would be paying almost double what I had expected. I will never work with this company again.
