Incompetent guide
The journey we had to Iceland was overall fine. However, the guide we got lacked of actual skills for doing what was expected of her. Although she told us lots of interesting facts about Iceland, she didn't take proper care of us as a group. It seemed like it was the first group she was leading. 2 stars from me!
