Bus did not show up

We had a horrible situation with Rentabus - had booked them for several transportations in Slovakia 10.-20.5.2019 and paid almost 14.000 euro for that. Result: None of the buses showed up on 10.5. and none of the days afterwards. Ever since we have not been able to receive any explanation from Rentabus, no answer on several phone calls, no answer to e-mails. Recommendation: Do not use or work only with post-payment!

Good Experience

Not sure, what everybody is writing about, but I had a great experience dealing with Rentabus, they offered a great price with a beautiful bus for my group in Spain, France and Italia.

Hands off!!!

Hands off!!! unrelieable, not available on telephon, really bad company. We(more than 30) had a horrible trip through France and Spain 2017. No Bus in Spain, it ends with selfdriving(rental cars). Don´t get in touch with Rent A Bus Europe!!!

Rent a Bus Europe, a great cheat!!!

I want to warn travelers and tourists to never do business with this company (RENT A BUS EUROPE) nor any of its employees esp MILENA THEODORAKIS. I had booked with them a 2-day coach rental for our trip to Amsterdam and Belgium on May 18 and 19, 2017 and after payment of their supposed services, I never heard from them despite numerous emails and calls. This is a big scam!!! I hope they could not fool anyone again.
