Rude and dissapointing

I was very disappointed with the service that I received the other day. The company was late arriving at my home, so I called the office to find out what was going on. The level of customer service I received was awful. After going through a very long menu in the phone system, I finally got an agent on the phone. Immediately after the agent took my call, she put me on hold for over 7 minutes. When she came back on the line, she was very rude. She made it seem that my phone call was an inconvenience to her. I explained that I wouldn't have had to call if the tech showed up on time. Thanks to her rude behavior, I likely won't be using this service again.
