Poor appraisal
I refinanced my home and received an appraisal value in October 2016 for approximately $126k. I wanted a small equity loan so I contacted CACU bank. The bank wanted their own appraisal by their appraisal group RJ Haley. Aaron Johnson was the actual appraiser. He appraised my home at $100k in December 2016. He would not budge. I put my home on the market and the buyer had an appraisal done in March 2017 and this appraisal came back at $131k. So I wanted other home owner to be aware of my experience with a RJ Haley & Associates, Aaron Johnson.
