Dreadful Customer Service. Dreadful Aggressive Manager.

Their were a few issues with my room at the Rossmore Hotel Gants Hill. 1. TV not working which later was fixed. 2. Hairdryer not working. 3.No bath mat making it a slip hazard getting out shower onto tiled floor. 4. Only 1 small towel! 5. No shower or shampoo gel. 6. 1 tiny little piece of soap. No hand towel. 7. At breakfast. No yoghurt, no brown bread. 8. Was bullied into having to give plastic key back or pay £10 fine. (We are told not to hand them back as they contain our payment information). 9. Manager shouted so high above me trying to tell him of the above shortcomings then tried to make it look as though I was in the wrong! Luckily other guests also had problems with their rooms and told me the Manager was out of order not allowing me to speak
