Very slow delivery!!!!
Overpriced, unprofessional and a total disappointment. I feel that I deserve an apology for the stress and lost hours I suffered at my place of employment.As I needed immediate attention, I contacted this company. I proceeded to request time off from work, time I would not be reimbursed for. Long story made short: Expensive rip off artists. It has since been 2 weeks and I have yet to have the issue resolved, their customer service staff seem as if they are repeating generic answers as supplied from a script, instead of replying to my personal concerns. I am beyond frustration at this point. Will not recommend on any terms.
