The worst site.

I bought Concuest s9. At first, there wasn't 4G Internet. Te second, main speaker didn't work at all, so I could hear other people only using loud speaker. I sent it back. So, at first I paid for the transaction of my money from Australia to China, after that I paid for returning parcel and... 2 months I've tried to reach that bloody person Hellen. No one wanted to communicate with me. The result: I waste 3 month for all of this, lost roughly 100 dollars as post expences and had very bad mood during all these three months. The worst site. Do not buy anything there.

They stole my money

As others have already written do not buy from this site, I received a faulty phone and sent it back after getting permission from a person called Helen in their customer service department. She was talking to me by phone and email right up to the point of them receiving the phone back. As soon as that happened all communication stopped and I haven't received a refund. I paid $549 for a Conquest S9 and feel like a fool who has been cheated by experienced fraudsters.

Absolute shysters!

Don't buy from this site. Quality of the goods is dubious and the customer service non-existent. I was asked to send back a Conquest S8, which had bricked. Spent money on shipping to China - the phone was then returned by Chinese customs because vendor refused to pay for delivery in China. AVOID

I would NOT recommend buy from this seller

bought phone conquest s8 pro from this seller,from the beginning had problems with postage-they told me that they already sent my phone,but they did not(I have been contacted delivery company)after I requested refund,they finally sent it to me.receiving phone discovered-it is no fingerprint function in it(fake phone).Immediately contacted seller.seller does not respond.
