My Experience with San Terra Property Management
San Terra Property Management Services has managed my properties (20 apts.) for over a year. I'm a very fussy owner, yet their level of efficiency has been extraordinary. Normally, by the 5th of the month, all the rents have been collected, and my owner's draw has been deposited. Any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally. Looking for a change or an upgrade?
