Unacceptable Customer support experience
Despite my best efforts to keep calm during the numerous transfers between deparments, unfortunately I was unable to have a resolution to the numerous problems. Awful service!

Terrible company!
There are so many negative things I can say about this company... First of all, it is really difficult to get in touch with their consultants. If you are lucky, you can be shifted to other departments over and over again, simply showing you that your inquiry means nothing to them. I had an extremely stressful experience with them when I changed address and to be honest I'm so much relieved that I finally got rid of them!

Outrageous customer service - Do not recommend
I have written several emails with my complaints to this company but apparently the staff just don't know how to properly handle unhappy customers. They ignored my emails and lied about trying to contact me over the phone. Huge waste on time and money!
