Not efficient service!!!!
The website and the service as a whole was not useful at all.Now here is the odd bit. After many attempts to contact their home office and speak with a qualified customer service representative and receiving no reply, I have since learned that all of my records have 'disappeared'. Indeed, they state they have no record of doing business with me. If I could grant a negative star rating, I would.
