I purchased a photo light on line from Shopwise2000 two weeks ago. It was supposed to arrive in five working days. On the sixth day, Monday morning when it did not arrive I called them to get a tracking number or some indication that it was on its way. I got an outgoing message that company was closed until Thursday for the holiday. I presume the holiday they were referring to was Passover. I purchased the light for a video shoot on Friday. So I called on Thursday and got the same outgoing message saying they would return Thursday. But it was 11am Thursday. At that point I called my credit card company and asked them to refund the money. Today, Friday monring I get an email from Shopwise2000 saying that item is no longer available and will refund my money. So they took my money for two weeks even though they did not have the item I paid for. Then let me twist in the wind without the equipment I needed for my business today.
