Was left waiting for 40 minutes
Was left waiting for 40 minutes, no answers, no indication that anyone was listening, and just on hold. This service is really rough to get behind, especially when I was a loyalist before. After waiting for nearly an hour, I had to give up and try again later. The company is really lacking in the customer service department that’s for sure.
