I'm not sure about other people but
I'm not sure about other people but one thing I would expect at the least when I'm paying for a service to be delivered, is to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. The first issue I had was a small one and could've been easily dealt with if they had handled it properly. Instead, they were rude, condescending and sometimes just plain nasty. It was downhill from there and has been issue after issue since. Nothing has been sorted and I'm still not happy. But I'll not be giving up until I get a resolution I'm happy with.
