Fast and easy
I have not encountered any issues using the services of Spark Energy. I've managed to set up my account with them fairly easy. I'm considering trying out their broadband as they do not oblige you with any long term contract

Not satisfied with the service
I'm quite disappointed because of the constant issues I've experienced with the billing. I'm considering to change supplier soon.
