Delayed order, rude customer support

Placed an order for some items to be delivered from a company. I had not received the goods within the timeframe they said would be delivered. I emailed the company to explain that I had not received the goods. They advised give it another couple of days. Left it contacted them again. This time they were a bit short and advised I was being unnecessarily rude. I told them i was being remarkably calm and wanted to know where my goods were. It was a couple of weeks and goods still had not arrived. Spoke to customer services again and they were very rude and impatient. For those of you out there I advise you not ordering from this company.
