Good service.
Naturally, having problems with my previous broadband supplier, I was sceptical at first, however I am happy that I chose SSE. I don't have the dreadful intermittency , and my downloading speed is fairly good.

Unprofessional attitude!
Last week I sent them an email with a request to send me back my final bill and to close my accounts. However, I still haven't received a reply from them.... Tried to call them but I was put on hold for more than 20 min! I've decided not to call them again- very unprofessional team!

No problems at all!
I'm really satisfied with the customer service of this company. The communication is easy, they always respond to my calls and ring back when they say they will. I've never had a problem with the internet speed or the phone lines.
