State farm is not a good neighbor

Their client damaged my vehicle and they did not fix all the damage they're client caused. They low balled the estimate hoping we would just accept the check, we opted to have it repaired, the repairs cost over double the amount they offered us in the check. They said it was prior damage although it was not and refused to fix the damage caused by their client. I would avoid them as an insurer and pray that you don't have a claim with them. I would and will avoid them at all costs. See others reviews online and you'll understand my frustration. I'm not the first. They won't stay in business with these type of practices. They make you Jim though a million hours and hours you'll just give up.
