Lost guitar picks jokes?
You buy something online and expect it to arrive in perfect condition. I am not sure what exactly happened between when the product was packaged up and put on the delivery van but it was not what I was expecting. The product seemed to have been packaged for someone else and was definitely not intended for me. Emailed the customer services department. They had no idea of the delivery or what I was discussing with them. They had no knowledge of the product that I should have received and what I received. Poor customer service.
