Impressed
I am stubborn and I do not take anything lightly but after I used this service, I can say I was very impressed. Maybe it is because they haven’t reached their customer target but they are doing a great job.

I still have yet to receive an order of the correct items
Every order I've placed has had at least one or two things wrong with it. They don't really seem to pay attention to each individual order.

I keep getting duplicates of items I've ordered.
Their ordering system is messed up. It's a hassle returning these items also. I usually wind up getting billed for some of these duplicates, when it's not my mistake to begin with.
