Suntrust Bank

Here we have a bank that says that they have online banking and mobile banking. I had stopped an auto pay bill payment, and then all of a sudden they make a payment. I talk with the representative and all I could get was that they didn't know what happened they were sorry but couldn't do anything. Not even a try to do anything about it. Supervisor couldn't come to the phone or talk to you. in other words, tough luck. That is just not right. Another thing if they don't answer the phone , don't bother leaving a message as they don't call you back.
