Misleading sales people

Be careful of wanting to view a car from a different branch the charge you £200 and if you don't like it the only give you £100. Back, they also take it that you want to purchase the car and put a purchase order in do a credit search if you want some on finance all without you actually viewing the car. Sales people very misleading about this even though they know you only want to view. I would never go to them again. Please be aware of the underhanded tatics.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and sorry to hear you feel you've been misled. We try to be as clear as possible with our processes before our customers place a deposit and have to seek permission before carrying out finance checks. Also a form has to be signed that you acknowledge the transfer free should you decide you don't want the car anymore.
