They respond
We ordered an stair, and they told us they will be unable to deliver in the required date, we then request to cancel the order and refund the money. They gave our money back

Terrible experience
We ordered an stair, and they told us they will be unable to deliver in the required date, we then request to cancel the order and refund the money. They refuse to give our money back, simply stole it. At this moment we have no stairs and no money. I will update this review as soon as we have our money back.

Whoever said good help is hard to find obviously hasn't worked with these fellows.
