Lies and dont know how own sytems work
Cancelled appointment 2 hours after it was supposed to be. Lied about part not being able to be got to site, when it was in a location where it was just a matter of cost and they would rather not bear cost to deliver to the customer. Also don't seem to know how own systems worked as claimed not to have my reg when they did. Wouldn't feel safe using this company.
