Dirty toilet
toilet had been used and not flushed with urine stains on seat , nothing was done to clean it . Complained that we had spent £167 pound for two rooms and night spoilt was offered a evoucher of £30 to spend in. Next six months .they wouldn't let me speak to manager and despite my complaint thought offering me a evoucher for this amount was sufficient...

Cheap for a reason!!!
If I have to talk to one more customer service agent that doesn’t know what they’re talking about, I think I’ll lose my mind. If you had to guess, you would imagine that they don’t even work for the company based on their lack of knowledge. My five-year-old is more intelligent!
