We made a booking more than a month in advance and when we arrived on the Saturday to celebrate our anniversary weekend, we were told that there were guests in our room already and that we were booked in for the Sunday. I showed Alison the original booking email but as we are polite people didn't make a huge fuss, instead agreed to come back the next weekend. An hour later we emailed to say that we would not be coming back and would like our money back. We have since then received abusive phone calls from both Sue and Alison and been told that we will not be getting our refund since we "cancelled" our booking and then had both of them hang up on both me and my partner. We are STILL waiting for our refund. I have never in all my travels received such disgusting treatment from any establishment I have ever stayed at. I would never recommend this place to anybody, the owners are awful and you will be blamed if they mess up your booking!
