Purchased a high-end cruiser bike through Paypal. Phony tracking had it zig-zagging all across the East Coast. When they said it was delivered the tracking number was legit but for a 1lb. package in another city. Paypal refunded, investigated, then recharged, argued, and finally the overwhelming evidence that a cruiser bike doesn't weigh 1lb. they credited back my account. I canceled my PayPal acct.

I thought I was getting a fair deal when trying to purchase window coverings. I tried my main card--there was a problem. Stupid me, I input my bank card next--it was also declined. Then I get two e-mails asking me to "complete my transaction." I looked up the reviews and knew I screwed up. Sure enough, 21 days later my card number ("customer or merchant entered card number") was used at a Walmart on the other side of the U.S. I had to cancel my cards. A report was made with the Better Business Bureau.

Why haven't these crooks been taken down? They cause misery and cost banks a lot of money to reimburse victims. Please don't be fooled, they look like a bonafide operation. Firstly, they take your order, then bank details and delivery address. The transaction comes back as if your card hasn't been accepted. At this point they already have everything they need to scam you.
After you've cancelled your order they even have the audacity to send you an email saying they're sorry to lose you as a customer.
They started using my card to make purchases a little over two weeks after my initial dealings with them: I assume this is so you don't remember who they are when you're sorting out the scam with your bank.
I was able to confirm it was these people because I'd taken a screenshot of the order form

I just like everyone else did not read reviews before my purchase and it is a scam avoid if possible if they got you I’m sorry you’re not alone

I wish I read reviews before I pursued purchasing an item through them. It is too bad that they were linked with Walmart.Com. At first they declined all my credit card attempts. The recommended tat I use an Amazon Gift Card. This did work, however they said it would take 24 hours to manually enter and process payment. That was 6 days ago. I have emailed them 2 times regarding status. It continues to say payment is pending. When attempting to go on website search of order status it leads me to nowhere after submitting email and order number. Out a $50 Amazon gift card.. this all for a silly toaster that I wanted to buy because it matched colors of other appliances and this was the only place that had it available.. Ha, Ha.. the joke is on me.

I have tried to order an item from these phony's for two days, and finally decided to check them out as I felt something was not right. Sure enough they are a scam, and I was fool enough to continue to try to reach them. Hopefully I don't get ripped off. Stopping my credit card immediately.

Stay away from tRust deals mall. They are a sc as m and get your cc information and then they do not fill your order. They keep sending emails and they will drive you crazy. Run away and stay away. Scam all the way.

I was scammed like everyone else with a gift card. Why are these crooks still online can it be that this type of stealing is allowed.

Never received my $51 package, and they used the whole $100 walmart gift card that I had to use, instead of just the $51. Not responding to my emails. How have they not been thrown in jail at this point for stealing everyone's money??

This company is a total scam! Claim to have shipped my lawn mower on a carrier that doesn't exist, then claimed to have re-shipped - not! Then they said on July 25, 2017, they were sorry that I hadn't received my merchandise & a refund would be issued within ten days - not! They won't respond to emails & are not reachable by phone. They are 100% crooked.

DO NOT OR;DER from this company. Bought two sets of dinnerware. Received fake tracking info. NEVER record order but was charged. BEWARE

I ordered two pool floats over a month ago finally got the tracking information and after my package zig-zag the United States I finally got the tracking that it was delivered. But you said there was no box left at my building I live in a high-rise with surveillance cameras and after looking at the surveillance cameras for the hour-and-a-half surrounding the delivery time there was no person that even walked through our front door with a box so I know this is not true I have called I have emailed I've left several messages and haven't gotten a response and I am very angry now. They no longer accept PayPal so I wasn't comfortable using my credit card so I bought an Amazon gift card to pay for the purchase and now I guess I'm out that amount of money because they will not respond to any of my emails or messages. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! WHAT A SCAM!

Ordered patio chairs on May 8th 2017, shipped May 10th 2017. The supply a shipping number which is fake. Site states 3-5 business days for delivery. I tracked my shipment everyday, finally on May 31st it said it was delivered! But it wasnt! I had kept in contact with the company several times only to get a "form" letter for a response, kept claiming they were sorry for non-delivery and have expedited my order and will arrive in 3 days! which they said on 4 different occasions. They may have great prices but terrible customer service, I believe they are a scam and if I hadnt paid with paypal i'm sure I wouldnt of gotten my money back! Today is 6-13-17 and received all money back from paypal. Lesson learned!
