Very poor service

I can only believe that TSB satnds for Terrible Service Branch at Bury St Edmunds. After waiting nearly 20 minutes in a queue of me at the person at the counter, the smug assistant finally called me forward, when i mentioned how long I had to wait she said " If you don't want to wait bank online" I said this is for my 90 year old Dad and so she said " perhaps he would like to bank online", I then waited a further 5 minutes while she typed the sort code and number in 3 times and then could not workout how much change to give me. At this point in time with so many negative things happening to TSB as a bank you would think that they would do what they could to promote good customer service. I will NEVER go into TSB Bury St Edmunds again as they staff have a couldn't careless attitude.
