My accident on a Thomson Cruise

I went on a cruise with Thomsons two years ago. It was a n ice cruise but Thomsons are not a nice Company. I am 80 years of age an d I saved very hard for this cruise. On a trip out I had an accident getting off of a boat. I have tried to claim compensation fopr the last two years, firstly myself and then I put it with Solicitors on a No Win No Fee deal. They have also given up because Thomsons do not even bother to reply to any letters. My leg is very badly scarred and there is a large lump on my leg. I now have to wear trousers all the time. They did offer me £400 originally (£500 if I booked another holiday with them). I would never book another holiday with Thomsons and I tell everybody the same. I want to warn other holidaymakers about this.
