Terrible company!
There’s no denying that ordering from online services is risky. There are all sorts of skullduggery going on in the cyber world. However, when the online service is well known, one feels somewhat easier ordering. Until one’s waited a week for it when they notify you that it’s out of stock right now and will you take this instead? To be polite, you say yes, but you know it won’t be like the original item. You order from another online service and get what you wanted when you wanted it. You now use the second service, no matter how less well known it is.
