Don't use United Airlines anymore!!!!!!!!! 1 star just because I had to rate this s $@"
They made us "reacomodate" after waiting 1 hour INSIDE the plane. So we were late not only that! We had to wait 8 HOURS YES 8! for next flight! My mom is a diabetic they did not offer a ***** thing for her low sugar. I'm really upset about their "crapy customer service"
