I wasted my morning waiting on this company to come to my house to repair my service. They called me around 9am saying they were on their way and they’d be at my house soon. 3 hours later, no one had shown up and I couldn’t get back in touch the representative that called me to confirmed they were on the way. Terrible and unreliable, I’m sure that this is not what you want people to hear. You don’t want people thinking that your company isn’t capable of doing good work.
