Horrible, nervewrecking

Your customer service reps sound like robots! They spoke like a robot, and I am serious. I even had to ask if they were a robot and I was really shocked when they actually said “no I’m not a robot. I am a real person”. Then, at one point, I asked for their employee information so I could appropriately file a grievance because this was the rudest robotic sounding human ever to walk the face of the planet. I was told that all they could let me know is their first name, Jessica, and she was the supervisor! All I can say is this company is now on my list of places to avoid at all costs.
