Will never come back to virgin they all about money

Virgin media Just want your money...I been having issue with a broadband, been calling virgin media all the time because my internet keep disconnection, the first excuse was I need a higher spear I agreeed to upgrade my service to high spead I still having problems keep calling them today I decided tô cancel and the guy spoke to me he claim he work n retention his name is pave he don't have food customer service, telling me I have to pay the fee because the technical team said there is nothing wrong but my internet keep going off and on.., they just about money nothing else very disappointed

Worst company ever virgin rob job

Worst company out there I'm with virgin I'm suppose to be on 100 mb broadband I phoned up virgin I talked to stu the manager who didn't have a clue on how to deal with people I'm paying for a service which I ain't getting I feel like they are robbing me and I can't do nothing

Virgin Media Broadband Telephone Package

Virgin Media NO THANKS I was with BT for phone broadband but Virgin offered me a better price. But they stitched me up against my will with a deal that came in after 2 months a sports package Â£30 a month was then seen on my bill doubling my bill to Â£60. I clearly did not want it never asked for it. But could I get them to return this money OH and the fault was all mine according to their support staff when I rang to complain. I should have read the contract... I think the guy who sold me the deal added it because sports subscriptions are big money makers.. BAD PRACTICE AVOID THESE PEOPLE Edit
