THIEF.
Virgin is a thief, no wonder the owner is a billionaire now. I went abroad and although did not use my Virgin sim-card there but because I left it in my phone Virgin charged me the equivalent of a whole year payment for just that one month. When I contacted them about it, they said they will investigate then call me back. They never did. After not hearing from them for months I cancelled my account with them. I do not help cheaters to get rich.
